Terms of Sale

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Pre-checkout status. Online card checkout is not yet enabled. Enquiries submitted through this website do not by themselves create a contract. The legal trading entity, service address and final order terms will be confirmed before online payments are switched on.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to business enquiries and, once a written order is accepted, the supply of Tindal Hospitality Development training programmes, operational toolkits, audit tools, support services and consultancy. Products are intended primarily for hospitality businesses purchasing for business use.

2. Orders and acceptance

A website enquiry is an invitation to discuss or purchase and is not acceptance of an order. A contract is formed only when Tindal Hospitality Development confirms the order in writing or accepts payment under the final checkout process.

3. Product descriptions and use

We aim to describe products accurately. Training programmes and toolkits are operational resources and must be adapted to the purchaser’s own policies, processes, legal obligations and site circumstances. EHO-readiness and internal audit tools do not constitute an official local-authority inspection or guarantee a Food Hygiene Rating.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are the current advertised prices and may be updated before an order is accepted. Any applicable VAT status, payment method, invoice details and delivery method will be confirmed before purchase.

5. Digital delivery

Digital products will be supplied to the authorised purchaser after payment and under the applicable licence. Delivery may be by secure link, email attachment or another agreed electronic method.

6. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of Tindal-branded programme content, templates, tools, design and supporting materials remains with Tindal Hospitality Development or the relevant rights holder. Purchase gives the customer a licence to use the material, not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Liability and professional responsibility

Toolkits are designed to support management decision-making. Clients remain responsible for food safety, allergen management, employment decisions, financial controls, health and safety, legal compliance and the operation of their own business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

Final customer terms will specify the governing law and jurisdiction before checkout is enabled. The intended governing law is England and Wales.
